What you're buying, and what we promise.
Direct version: you pay once for 12 months of access to the playbook. We keep it accurate. You don't share your account. Neither side has to like the legal section, but here it is — plainly.
What you're buying
A 12-month subscription to the GoPractice MD playbook portal. The price shown at checkout depends on your location — KES 5,000 in Kenya, USD $29 elsewhere. Optional 1:1 coaching is a separate purchase: KES 8,000 / USD $45 per 60-minute session.
The playbook covers the medical-migration pathway for four destinations: USA, UK, Australia, Canada. It includes chapters, stage-by-stage checklists per destination, a curated resource library, and a personalised timeline generator. We update the content as exam structures, application portals, and pricing shift.
Access
Your access begins the moment payment confirms and runs for 12 months. After that you can renew at the going rate or walk away — your call. Whatever progress you've made on your timeline and checklists stays saved either way; if you renew within a year, you pick up where you left off.
Payment
Payment is processed by Pesapal. They handle M-Pesa, Kenyan cards, and international cards. We never see your card number or M-Pesa PIN.
Payments are non-refundable once access is delivered (which is immediate). If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 7 days and we'll investigate.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your sign-in email and password to yourself. Your account is for one person.
- Don't scrape, copy, or republish playbook content.
- Keep your authenticator / email secure — that's your 2FA.
- Don't use the service to do anything illegal where you are, including fraudulent applications.
Our responsibilities
- Keep the playbook current and accurate to the best of our knowledge.
- Take security seriously — RLS, 2FA, hosted payments, no card data on our side.
- Reply to support email within a working day, usually faster (real human, no bot).
- Fix anything we get wrong, fast, when you tell us.
Service availability
We aim for high availability and you can expect the service to be up the vast majority of the time. We don't commit to a specific SLA — we may take the service offline briefly for maintenance, and we depend on third parties (Supabase, Pesapal, Brevo, Cal.com) whose outages can affect us.
What we don't promise
The playbook is informational. We're not your lawyer, your medical regulator, your immigration adviser, or your school. Outcomes depend on exam results, application strength, visa adjudications, interview performance, and many factors beyond a playbook. We make no guarantee you'll pass any exam, match into any programme, or be granted any visa.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost income, missed opportunities, family stress, etc.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time; your subscription runs to its end-date either way. We can terminate accounts that break these terms — fraudulent payments, content scraping, abuse of support, that kind of thing. We'll tell you why.
Disputes
We're based in Kenya. Disputes are governed by Kenyan law and resolved in Kenyan courts. Before anything formal, email us at hello@gopractice.md — most things resolve in one message.
Changes
We can update these terms. Material changes (price, what you get, what you can do with it) get an email to your account address.
